Renaissance Harbour View Hotel embarks on a new culinary adventure with new Executive Chef, Glen Saussey. Chef Glenn’s culinary portfolio stretches from New Zealand, UK, Australia and Asia, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. To bring guests a flavor of the upcoming gastronomic transformations, Café Renaissance will be introducing new evening action stations to give you a taste of what to expect under Chef Glenn’s lead.

Seared Australian Scallop with Mashed with Green Peas, Tomato Salsa and White Balsamic combines the uplifting sweetness of fresh scallops with the distinctive flavors of white balsamic, brining guests a delightful dish to whet the appetite.

Pan-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Sesame Dressed Choi Sum and Black Bean Sauce combines different culinary traditions brining guests a wonderful mash up of western and eastern elements. Steamed Boston Lobster and Crustacean on Ice are highlights for dinner, leaving seafood lovers with a satisfying feast to look back upon.

Dinner buffet is available from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, priced at HK$ 568 per adult and HK$ 368 per child (aged 3-11) from Monday to Thursday; HK$ 588 per adult and HK$ 388 per child (aged 3-11) from Friday – Sunday and public holidays. Wine lovers can add HK$ 150 for an unlimited flow of selected house sparkling, red and white wines as well as draught beer.
