ToTT’s and Roof Terrace Presents a Black Truffle and Cloudy Bay Wine Pairing Menu

Starting October 2cd, 2015 until November 30th, 2015 ToTT’s and Roof Terrace will be offering an aromatic Black Truffle and Cloudy Bay Wine Pairing Menu. With a 3-course and 4-course option, diners can lose indulge themselves in the enchanting aroma of black truffles.

 

The menus readies your palette freshly shucked oysters with black truffle and cauliflower puree, the rich aromas lingers gently enhancing the wine experience. Alternatively, the menu offers the Honey Glazed Quail with hazelnut praline, crispy leek and truffle espuma which is paired with the Pinot Noir, Cloudy Bay, Marlborough New Zealand 2013.

Followed by Seared Scallop Open Face Ravioli with Seafood Supreme Sauce and Truffle Foam, Grilled Veal Tenderloin Foie Gras before a selection between, Jerusalem Artichoke Puree and Truffle Balsamic Reduction; Pan Seared Halibut with Truffle Crust, White Asparagus, Poached Egg and Chardonnay Celeriac Cream, the menu brings truffle lovers a dynamic combination of succulent meats and fresh seafood to savor this season.

To complete the meal, the menu presents White Chocolate Mousse which combines Cassis Puree with Truffle Gauche, Hazelnut Crumble and Truffle Ice-cream paired with Late Harvest Riesling, Cloudy Bay, Marlborough New Zealand 2008 to draw a sweet end to the wonderful course.
