Back in 1995, Breitling launched the very first wristwatch that featured a built-in emergency micro-transmitter, changing the industry for aviation professionals and some of the world’s greatest aeronautical teams by drastically reducing search time and rescue exercises.

Continuing this idea, Breitling presents the new Emergency II, wristwatch featuring a true dual frequency distress beacon. The compact wristwatch falls under the PLB (Personal Locator Beacon) category thanks to its peerless transmitter compliant with Cospas-Sarsat specifications and serving both to issue alerts and to guide homing and rescue operations.
