Available for Christmas and New Year’s celebration, Morton’s of Chicago presents a special 4-course dinner to celebrate the festive season this year.


The festive menu kicks off with some of Morton’s most traditional delicacies:  Half Dozen Oysters on the Half ShellJumbo Lump Crab CakeJumbo Shrimp Cocktail (4 pcs)Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella and Lobster Stuffed Roasted Mushrooms, the latest addition in the Prime Selections. For Seafood loving the Morton’s Prime Ocean Platter is available at an additional charge of only HK$50!

Continuing from the first course, the menu offers you a hearty selection of Morton’s signature cuts and seafood including the Center-cut Prime Ribeye (16oz), the Center-cut Filet Mignon (12oz), the Double-Cut Rib Lamb Chops, the Chilean Sea Bass and the 2 pounds of Whole Baked Maine Lobsters at an additional charge of HK$80 when reserved in advance.

To up the wow factor on the main courses, guests can add HK$180 for Foie Gras! At a price of HK$95 diners can enjoy a luxurious “Hollywood” dining experience, making any steak “Oscar Style” with Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, Asparagus & Béarnaise sauce. Diners are also presented with other options including: Jumbo Grilled Asparagus, Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries, Creamed Spinach and the hearty Mashed Potatoes, accumulating into a most satisfying festive feast.

To create the perfect ending to the menu, Morton’s presents the Homemade New York Style Cheese Cake,White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Fresh Seasonal Berries with sabayon sauce to Double Chocolate Mousse. Morton’s spectacular dessert choices offer their guests a delightful ending to the dinner as well as a perfect start to 2016.
