For the holiday season this year, Uptop Bistro and Bar presents their Special Holiday Menus for all the special occasions to come. From a delightful Winter a la carte menu to Christmas and New Year’s Eve Menus, you can appreciate the bistro’s panoramic top-floor restaurant view with an unforgettable culinary experience.

To mark the change in seasons, the winter a la carte menu features a robust and comforting ingredient that warms diners from within. On the starters section, dishes like Figs Garden, a delicately balanced fig and beetroot salad served with candied walnuts, yogurt cream cheese and balsamic reduction, alongside the perfectly marinated Beetroot Gravlax and the creamy Roasted Mushroom Soup. Colorful dishes such as the spicy Bashu Chicken, a slow-cooked chicken with burnt leek, cinnamon carrot puree, edamame and kung pao glaze and the Plummy Duck, sous vide duck breast served with wintery turnip puree, lavender carrots and smoked teriyaki glaze shines in the spotlight for main dishes.

For dessert, diners can enjoy the classic Apple Crumble, the Red Wine Poached Pear, and the aptly named Cocoa Garden, presented as a “garden of chocolate”.

For the Christmas Holiday Menu and New Year’s Eve menu which is available on the 31st, diners will be presented with tantalizing seasonal dishes including the Risotto with Black Truffle & Mushroom and the sumptuous Angus Cheek, as well as festive desserts like the Silver Bells!
