Bao Bei, a new “Made in Hong Kong” lounge & eatery concept, is now serving classic cocktails and food with an Asian twist in the heart of Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Embark on a unique journey with a tastefully crafted menu blending Asian and Western flavours using signature ingredients both decadent and nostalgic. Customers can sit back and enjoy Bao Bei’s 12 Signature Cocktails

A selection of small dishes with Asian flavours will be served at Bao Bei that are perpect for sharing over happy hour or dinner with friends and colleagues. Think of dishes that combine the best of Western & Asian flavours and ingredients such as Bao Bei’s Wagyu Beef “Baoger”.

The word, “Bao” from Bao-Bei also stands for the steamed Chinese buns that will be served throughout the day. Packed with gourmet fillings, they come in three styles or as a “Bao Trio”. Asian style Desserts such as a childhood favourite, Banana Nutella Crepe Wonton with Marshmallow & Chocolate Sauce.

There is no shortage of entertainment and fun at Bao Bei. There will be a Guest DJs on the decks spinning the night away combined with a state of the art sound system.What’s more, Bao Bei will also introduce Karaoke nights to get patrons involved in the fun.

Bao Bei’s venue will evolve throughout the night. From the perfect happy-hour venue in the early evenings serving freshly crafted cocktails and small plates, to a pit stop for the late night clubbers serving premium drinks and snacks.

Bao Bei’s brand design reflects the overall design aesthetic of style and elegance with a sense of fun, whilst reflecting a definite Chinese heritage. The interiors of Bao Bei is based around the use of natural materials that are subtle with Chinese influences such as the steamers along the staircase whilst entering Bao Bei. The feature bar also contains a large window that combines classic Asian inspirations with a modern twist.
