Fully appreciating the freshness of spring, Uptop Bistro & Bar pays tribute to Mother’s Day with a delightful 5-course Mother’s Day Menu that will be served during dinner service alongside the delectable a la carté items during the Mother’s Day weekend.

 

The 5-course Mother’s Day Menu begins with a choice of crisp appetizers including either the Salmon Quinoa Salad served with cucumber pickled daikon, premium Norwegian salmon and a zesty lemon oil dressing, or the classic combination of flavors in Tomato Garden, served with assorted organic tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and a basil and herb dressing.

Main course features a choice between a trio of delectable plates, the North Pacific Black Cod is beautifully pan-fried and paired with celeriac puree and an apple walnut salad. The signature Uptop Chicken is a delicately rolled chicken thigh wrapped in chicken skin, cooked sous vide and pan-seared to golden brown perfection to order, served with sweet potato puree and orange endive and red date jus. Or savor the Black Angus Harami, a delightfully grilled cut of marbled and highly flavorful steak balanced with carrot puree, baby carrot and chimichurri sauce.

Created by famed patissier Jeffery Koo, nicknamed “The Chocolate Magician” for his creativity and meticulous pursuit of perfection over a successful international career. The Rosemary Strawberry Lemon Sphere is like a spring breeze on a plate, featuring a beautiful Weiss white chocolate spherical shell infused with strawberry, lemon and fresh rosemary, a luscious strawberry and lemon filling and chocolate soil to finish.
