Using hairy Crabs from Tai Wu Lake, Maximal Concepts Culinary Director, Malcolm Wood and Chinese Executive Chef Lee Man Sing has put together a delightful selection of Hairy Crab dishes each designed to enhance your culinary experience and highlight the rich and creamy taste of the hairy crabs.


Alongside classics like the Traditional Steamed Whole Hairy Crab and the Hairy Crab Shanhainese Soup Dumpling, Chef Lee has created tantalizing dishes like the Steamed Rice Roll with Hairy Crab Roe, Steamed Egg with Hairy Crab Row and Hua Tiao and the Hairy Crab Roe Soufflé which is to die for!
