March is the month of art. With Art Basel and Art Central among the highlights of Hong Kong’s international art scene, the whole city is getting artistic in this month. After all the visual bombardments of art viewing, you might want to treat your taste bud with similar excitement.

From March 8 to 26, WHISK of The Mira Hong Kong will serve a menu with artistic elements, while Room One, the bar at the hotel’s lobby, will offer cocktails with the theme of contemporary arts and Hong Kong culture, completing your trip of art tasting.

WHISK’s Head Chef Oliver Li combines culinary artistry with the restaurant’s thoughtful design to give you a dazzling dining experience. Like a painter’s color palette, Li uses 6 different color tones, with the best ingredients around the globe, to create 6 stunning dishes, perfectly blending the essence of food and art.


Meanwhile, Room One, the bar located at the lobby, also pays tribute to contemporary art and Hong Kong culture. Complemented with local snacks, the cocktail drinks will bring you back to the nostalgic Hong Kong with historic landmarks names such as Kai Tak Airport and Kowloon Walled City.
