The brand new restaurant, Hay Market, located in Grandstand II inside Sha Tin Racecourse, lets you enjoy the rich aroma of freshly brewed tea and homemade baked bread in a rustic ambience inspired by the English countryside. Overseeing the racecourse, Hay Market, offers a unique view that cannot be compared with other restaurants.

The interior of the store was designed by award-winning architect, Joyce Wang, who created a magnificent vintage marketplace feel to the restaurant. The 880 square-meter restaurant has a capacity of 242 seats which includes the main dining area, the bar tables, box seats and 2 VIP rooms. The venue also provides a free Ipad rental service on a first come first serve basis, with the Hong Kong Jockey Club “Racing Touch” App.

 

M4 Wagyu SteakGuests will have access to a mini buffet, an egg station which takes custom orders, a bakery station and 1 main course ranging from standard, to premium and deluxe. Using only the freshest ingredients sourced around the world, the wide range of food stations will satisfied guests with different tastes. Fitting the interior, the brunch menu will essentially be an Old English-style brunch. The highlighted main dishes include: JC’s homemade artisan duck sausage on a hearty carrot-potato pancake and the succulent M4 Wagyu striploin with French fries and truffle mayonnaise.
