Teaming up with Hisham Ismail from Hilton Petaling Jaya, the culinary experts of Conrad Hong Kong is proud to present diners with fabulous Malay delights at Garden café and Lobby Lounge for a limited time period from 24th of February to the 2nd of March.

Chef Hisham has promoted impeccable Malay cuisine to various countries prior to him joining Restaurant Paya Serai at Hilton Petaling Jaya where he brought his team to win the Bronze Medal in team Challenge at the Nyonya Heritage Sextion, Food and Hotel Malaysia 2011.

Signature dishes including Chicken Rendang, lamb byrani, Beef rending Tok and Ayam Goreng Serai will be available on rotation in the dinner buffet of garden Café during February 24th to the 27th. From March 1st to 2nd, Garden Café’s tea Buffet will be offering a true Asian fare for guests looking for something more exotic! Roti Canai and The Tarik performance alone with appetizing Satay will be available while Conrad Hong Kong’s own Chinese, Thai and Indian chef show off the charm of other regional sweet and savory delights.


On February 28th and the 1st of March, Chef Hisham will also add pleasures to Lobby Lounge’s celebrated Supper Buffet with his signature dishes!
