Gold by Harlan Goldstein New A-La-Carte and Tasting Menu

Michelin star restaurant, Gold by Harlan Goldstein, is introducing a new a-la-carte menu for diners to enjoy a new kind of gastronomical experience. A new 5-course tasting menu will also be introduced, showcasing the latest specialties of the larger-than-life celebrity chefs along the restaurants signature dishes.

The tasting menu has a selection of 2 appetizers with a pasta dish, a main course and dessert that shows the ever-evolving cuisine of one of Hong Kong’s most famous entrepreneur chefs. Additional new dishes can be ordered for a price of $128 each and optional wine pairing with the new tasting selection is available for an extra $328. The wine pairings hand-picked by Chef Goldstein includes vintages such as 2010 Louis Latour, 2010 Antinori and 2010 Paul Jaboulet Aine.

Some of the latest appetizers include the Crudo di Salmon which is decorated with seaweed salad, Sansho peppers and yuzu dressing; Burrata Cheese balanced with Papa al Pomodoro, crispy Spanish onions, pest and aged Balsamic.

 

New mouth watering char-grilled specialties include Live Main Lobster, Prime New York Strip and 10oz Hanging Tender. These are the latest addition to the menu of top quality wet-aged steaks.
