From March to April to start off the year long event, Tsui Hang Village will be bringing back traditional Cantonese dim sum back to modern times. Deep in Hong Kong culture is the tradition to go “yum cha” with your family once a week. With the traditional recipes brought back to life, be sure to call you family for some tea and traditional dim sum during the weekends at Tsui Hang Village. There are four main categories of dim sum, which include Rice Flour Roll Medley, Tsui Hang Village’s Original Recipes, Egg Custard Delights and Oldies.
