New Season, New Menu at Ambrosia Oyster Bar and Grill.

To celebrate the upcoming season, fine dining restaurant Ambrosia Oyster Bar and Grill, will be showing their new 2014 menu designed by Italian executive chef Arnolfo Raimondi. The new menu takes shift from continental European to authentic Italian, whilst replacing butter with olive oil for a healthier dish.

Burrata Cheese with Mix Tomatoes

The restaurant sits on the 28th floor of iSquare, Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant has a 270-degree panoramic view of the busy streets of Hong Kong below and the iconic Hong Kong skyline from Hong Kong Island to Kowloon east on the left stretching to Kowloon west on the right.

Roasted Hokkaido Scallop

The 2014 menu features a wide array of signature dishes that goes perfectly with the breath taking view the restaurant offers. The remarkable appetizers include the Fresh Creamy Burrata Cheese with Organic Mix Tomatoes Salad in Extra Olive Oil and Basil and the Roasted Hokkaido Scallop and Guanciale on Saffron Sauce with Cappers Flowers to whet diner’s appetite for a unforgettable Italian dining experience.

4 Green Risotto

Every dish is presented through careful preparation to not only give you a culinary satisfaction, but also to sweep you off your feet with its elegant presentation. Chef Arnolfo’s recommendation is the 4 Green Risotto with Sliced Asparagus, Diced Zucchini, Braised Leek and Green Pea Puree and the mesmerizing Paccheri with Braised Milk Fed Veal Ragu on White Wine Saceas main dishes.The menu also offers a range of seafoods for seafood lovers like the Grilled Plateau de Mer with Live Boston Lobster and many more!
