Michelin star chef, Harlan Goldstein, strikes again with a new contemporary restaurant, Sushi To.  The restaurant is named after Harlan G’s long-term business partner and friend, Simon To, in recognition of To’s burning passion for food and wine, and his immense understanding of Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant will have a soft opening on May 9th, Sushi To offers a thrilling indulgence of enticing Japanese cuisines ranging from sushi and sashimi, Robatayaki, Teppanyaki, Sukiyaki, Stone-Pot Rice, and Tempura.

 

Lead by Harlan G, and executive chef, Maeda Norihisa, Sushi To’s has a creative range of menus ranging from seasonal menus to specialty dishes created from the finest ingredients. Amongst the special dishes, Harlan G’s unique Maki Roll will surely be a new experience to diners!

Sushi To will be a new addition to Causeway Bays restaurants, offering diners spectacular Japanese cuisines in an welcoming interior filled with traditional Japanese elements. Designed by leading design firm, Kinney Chan and Associates, the restaurant’s interior has a simple quietude that brings together contemporary styles with Japanese Traditions.
