Mother’s day is coming up very soon! For many of us, it is the time of the year where we openly show our love and appreciation to our mother, what better way is there to show these feelings than to treat your mother to a sophisticated Mother’s day feast fit for a queen at Michelin-star Gold by Harlan Goldstein on 11th May, 2014.

The gourmet brunch menu starts you off with a wide selection of appetizers ranging from jet fresh seafood to hand-cut Spanish and Italian hams! Diners will be able to choose a main course of their choice as well as desserts to give each diner a satisfying gastronomic experience.

The available main courses include grilled U.S. 60 days Wet-Aged Sirloin Steak, Roasted garlic and Barolo Wine reduction; Hand-Crafted Pasta, half Roasted Maine Lobster in a Tomato Sugo Sauce, as well as gold’s signature “HG” Burger with apple-wood smoked bacon and truffle mayo; and Slow-Cooked Wild Salmon, Prawns, Choriza, Tripled-Fired Potatoes, Spinach Puree and Paprika Aioli.


As for dessert, diners have a choice between Nitrogen Dessert Surprise, and Gold’s homemade Gelato!
