17_Toranomon HillsToranomon Hills is a skyscraper complex that has only recently finished construction, the new “vertical garden city” is packed with retail shops, restaurants, residents and offices. Sitting on the top, floor 47-52, of the new building lie Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills Hotel. The new boutique styled hotel is under the Hyatt chain, but is very different from the rest of the hotel in the chain.

The hotel’s name is derived from the Hindu word Andaz, which translate to “Personal Style”, perfectly representing the services the hotel has to offers. Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills will be Tokyo’s first lifestyle boutique hotel, and the 12th hotel under the Andaz Brand by Hyatt.

With easy access to Ginza for shopping, the financial district, Morunouchi, residents and offices, the hotel acts as a central hub for both business, and leisure travelers to experience the wonders of the remarkable city life of Japan.

The hotel offers up to 164 rooms, of which 8 are specialty suites. All registered guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, local calls, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks free of charge! On the 52nd floor, you will be able to enjoy a range of city dining and enjoy delicious drinks from the rooftop bar where you can also admire the beautiful view of the city below.

Event spaces, named Andaz Studio, are available to hold small private events with a unique ambience. The event spaces not only give you an uninterrupted view of the city, but also have an open kitchen and an outside terrace.

Having access to a remarkable view can be very romantic, which is why the 52nd floor also features a stand-alone chapel where couples can exchange their vows to each other atop the breathtaking views of Tokyo.

That’s not all Andaz Tokyo has to offer though! On the 37th floor is the hotel’s spa and fitness centre where guests can cast their mind off the city life and immerse themselves in a relaxing spa treatment or enjoy themselves in the unique 20m pool overlooking the Imperial Palace!

Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills will open in Toranomon on June 11th 2014! If you’re planning to go to Japan this summer, Andaz Tokyo should definitely be on your list of consideration!
