Pedder Red Collection: “REDVOLUTION”

Whether you’re heading to the office or a night out on the town, this season Pedder Red has a host of options available for you. “Redvolution” is inspired by the free-spirited 70s, perfect for the modern Hong Kong woman. Channeling the edginess of festivals like Glastonbury and a rock & roll mood, Pedder Red’s Autumn Winter collection offers the season’s latest trends as well as everyday essentials.

For the new season, Pedder Red offers three main themes to suit those constantly in motion, whether in career or life:

Rebel Rebel”, a collection of flat shoes and short booties in a palette of black, white and burgundy, comes with fun and edgy details like metal chains, tassels and silver toe caps. While these would be perfect for a night out, they could easily lend an edge of androgyny or rock chick-ness depending on styling.

Our editor’s pick would be these leather boots; what makes this pair distinctive is the extra-long trailing fringe; with coated jeans, a band tee and fedora, these would be perfect for a rebellious look, or to add a little edge to a black tank dress.

Run Baby Run”:

With celebrities like Rihanna and Cara Delevigne blowing up the fashion scene with their street style, Pedder Red has tapped into the trend with shoes that are stylish and practical. With high-top sneakers and patterned slip-ons, there’s something for everyone, with rubber soles making these perfect for rainy and sunny days alike. The luxe leather foot beds in each pair mean that they’re edgy on the outside and inside, just like their wearer.

Famed Prints”:

From elegant pumps to alluring booties, this collection features print motifs from checks to camouflage. Break away from the monotony of the crowds with any of these styles; standing apart has never been so easy with the cheeky side printed giraffe motif emblazoned on cobalt blue flats.

Each season, Pedder Red curates its collection to maintain the edge that first propelled them into prominence in the Hong Kong fashion scene. Key elements here are sporty shapes such as the bold sneakers, prints and metal influences, whether in terms of hues or ornaments.
