Originally developed by Karen Aleksich, Director of The Mandarin Spa, the full-body treatment features a variety of massage techniques carefully selected to sooth physical tension and tackle emotional anxieties from deep within you. Developed by founder of Aromatherapy Associates, Geraldine Howard,  to support her in her battle against cancer, the ‘Inner Strength Oil ‘which is used in the treatment is specifically designed to help you build strength, confidence, and to tune your mind into a positive state. Aleksich explains “I created this treatment to provide an impactful way to promote healing from physical and emotional trauma – be it depression, profound loss, illness or significant change in one’s life”


The treatment starts with a welcoming foot ritual and an extensive consultation to tweak the treatment to benefit you the most. Soothing techniques synergizes with powerful blend of beneficial ingredients used in the oil stimulates circulation in the body. The application of heated compress, warms you to your soul, combined with the guided breathing calms your mind lifting you from your worries and stress. The treatment concludes with attention to the reflex points in the feet, gently awakening you for the rest of the day.
