To pay tribute to the Autumn seasons, contemporary Shanghainese restaurant, Shanghai Min, has launched 2 new menus which revolves around the autumn delicacy hairy crabs. Renowned for their creative touch, the master chefs at Shanghai Min takes the distinctive flavors of the crabs and creates a range of chic dishes that’ll drive your senses wild. The 8-course are priced at 458 and 528, the new menus will be available at 9 spread around HK.

For the appetizers, the menu gives diners a choice of Sliced Pork Terrine with Zhenjian Black Vinegar, Black Fungus-Stuffed Bell Pepper, Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs, and “Four Happiness” Wheat Gluten & Shiitake Mushrooms. Each with made to teases your taste buds for the main course that follows.

The main courses include of the Steamed Whole Jiansu Fresh Hairy Crab (for 2 people), the new Sliced Pork belly with Savory Jiangsu Black Vinegar, Deep-Fried Yellow Croaker Fish with Salt & Pepper, Glutinous Rice Dumplings & Osmanthus in Sweet Ginger Soup and many more! Coming along with the 2 new set menus, Shanghai Min will also be offering new individual specialties such as the Fresh Hairy Crab Cream with Pan-Fried Codfish.

To take home with you a piece of the autumn season, the Hairy Crab Gift Boxes will be available for ordering. The gift boxes are priced at HK$528 for 4 Taihu Lake Hairy Crabs and HK$ 738 for six.
