Café on the 1st at The Excelsior, Hong Kong has prepared a range of seafood choices to welcome the festive seasons around the corner. The new additions to the dinner buffet complete your holiday seasons with unforgettable flavors to greet the New Year ahead.


Using premium ingredients, the new dishes include Foie Gras Terrine, Baked Escargot on truffle Mushed Potato and Scallop and Seafood Cocktail. The buffet offers freshly shucked oysters, fresh sashimi and cold seafood lets diner savor the freshness of the exquisite seafood selections. Even more sushi selections will be added at the buffet corner, such as the Teriyaki Eel sushi and the Abalone Sushi to satisfy the insatiable craving for the ever-popular cuisine.


Of course, the breezy season is best accompanied by sizzling hot food.  New grilled to order BBQ skewers and a variety of Chili Thai style Beef fillet accompanied by homemade Honey Sausages, Teriyaki Chicken and many more to fend off the cold weather and warm you to the bones.
