From now until December 31st, 2014, restaurant Akrame will be offering their new festive menu for you to share with friends and family. The restaurant earned their first Michelin star earlier this year in October within one year of opening.

The new menu marks a new chapter for both the restaurant and the newly appointed Chef, Chef Irwin, who joined the team in October. The new special menu shows off the Akrame’s passion for gastronomy, combining premium ingredients with creativity to bring to you a unique and unforgettable food jouney, exclusive to Akrame.

 

The new menu highlights expresses the culinary team’s passion for the sea with the Cleriac Consomme with Smoked Herring and its Eggs, Razor Clams, Passion Fruit Mulsion, with Haricot Beans. The Lobster Fumet with Charcoal Mayonnaise uses Chef Akrame’s favorite color, black, combined with lobster to give you a visually unconventional flavor.

For meat lovers, the Loin of Lamb, Coffee Sabayon, with Pine Nut will surely light up the winter season. The rich flavor of the Pine Nuts and Coffee Sabayon mixed with the signature taste of the classic meat creates unexpected surprises, opening your taste buds to a whole new culinary experience.

To give you a full taste of the festive season, the restaurant’s signature cheese course of Mille Feuille of Comete and Button Mushrooms is re-designed with Burnt Sweet Onion Broth to give you the heartwarming experience as the temperature drops. Desserts have also been designed with a festive theme, pairing the bittersweet chocolate based desserts with fruits, the Hot Chocolate Soup with Lime Infused Mango Chutney and Chocolate Ice Cream will be the perfect end to a most remarkable journey.
